What's included in the signature rental?

The Signature Rental includes access to The Silos from 9am- midnight, round and rectangle plastic tables, wooden folding chairs, white or black linens, farm house tables, two moveable bars, 8 whiskey barrels, and additional decor.

How many tables and chairs are included in the signature rental?

With the basic rental you will have access to 26 round, 60" tables that seat eight people each, 10 eight foot rectangle tables, 2 six foot rectangles, 8 bistro tables, and 250 wooden folding chairs.

How long will I have access to the barn on the day of my event?

With the basic one day rental, you will have access to the barn from 9am to midnight.

Are there areas for the bride and groom to get ready?

Yes! We have bride and grooms quarters. The bride's room features a large mirror and counter space for getting ready and is attached to the women's restroom. The groom's room is equipped with a flat screen TV and couch, perfect for relaxing before the big day.

Is the chapel included in the signature rental?

The chapel is not included in the basic rental rate but can be added on for a $700 fee for 7 hours access.

We do not offer the chapel as a stand alone rental. It can only be rented as an add-on to The Silos.

No, we do not have any restrictions on what vendors you use for your event.

Am I allowed to serve alcohol at my event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are allowed to serve alcohol however The Silos cannot supply your alcohol. All alcohol must be served by a professional bartender and proof of liability insurance must be provided. We do not allow underage drinking and cash bars are not permitted.
